I am Priscilla Poirier, an independent consultant specializing in solid-state fermentation.
Over eight years in industrial R&D, I moved from R&D engineering to R&D and quality management, then to technical and commercial support. This path gave me a comprehensive view of solid-state fermentation processes and of their scientific, technical and industrial challenges.
I also took part in structuring an R&D activity, in diversification projects and in building relationships with industrial customers and partners, in France and internationally.
